Section 2: TSC Invites Applications for 2,340 Facilitator Positions

Alongside the reshuffle, TSC is inviting applications for Facilitators/Trainers of Teachers in Integrated Science, Mathematics, and English at the Junior School level under the School-Based Teacher Support System (SBTSS) initiative. The program will cover all 47 counties, including refugee camp-based schools in Garissa and Turkana.

Basic Requirements:

  • Registered teacher with TSC
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Secondary Education (Mathematics, Science, or English)
  • Trained in Competency-Based Education (CBE)
  • At least 5 years’ teaching experience in Senior/Secondary School
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Must be serving in the county of choice
  • Not a serving head or deputy head teacher
